Our Mission
Our mission is to develop true volleyball players by training the players in all volleyball skills, not just by the position they play. Our excellent coaching staff is here to provide a high-quality experience to every youth athlete, promoting sportsmanship, leadership, team building, and self-esteem. Our coaches are first and foremost role models and teachers. At True Volleyball, we raise our knowledge and skill of the game through asking questions and supporting open communication between players and coaches. We value independent thinkers. There are no mistakes, errors, or punishments in our gym there are only learning opportunities. Our players will learn to play the sport as it is truly meant to be played with skill, integrity, respect, and class. Each individual is held accountable to their position and to work well as a team.
